what is a good company?
or is camming my motor even worth it?

cam is great...when you go the full tamale and do springs and retainers too. crower makes an awesome setup.

Yes you can cam that motor and it's a great way to add some more power.

What D16 motor are you talking about?

What is your goals/needs from the car?

its a d16a6 and im planning on supercharging it, but i havent put much into it yet
all i have is some race maine and rod berrings

exospeed stage two- I don't think you'll find a crower cam, they used to make one for the A6 but no longer availabe last time i looked.

Crower only makes cams for the Vtec D series now. No more for us no-tec guys from crower......

220 dollars for a sweet cam from Bisimoto though.....

I convert my car to OBD1, so i am using hondata s200. I have was using zdyne. I have it if you like to buy it.
