vin # location???

vin # location???

ok so i have a obd1 b18c1 out of a 1994 gsr and i cant find the vinplate .. did they not put vin plates on the block around this year? i know 96+ its next to the block code next to the header. the tranny is a jdm b16 if that matters.. thanks in advance

Did it come with its original vehicle or did you buy a pulled engine? Sometimes sellers remove the VIN plates on them ...

They didn't put the VIN on the bottom of the blocks until 96, I believe.

Is this true about their USDM engines?
