my car is going to be seeing some extensive shop time in the near future and in the meanwhile i aint got nothing to get around in so i need a temporary beater.

my requirements are:

1. its an import of some kind (unless its a truck then it doesnt matter)
2. it had a timing belt change within the last 30k miles and runs good!
3. tires with at least 50% tread or better
4. title is clear and in hand.

recommendations/stipulations:
1. i'm not considering any car until i see a picture of it.
2. generally i'm going to take the best car i can. so if you're going to offer a car that can't even compare to my 12spd huffy then don't even bother.
3. i dont care if its a manual or automatic
4. Less problems the better.

cars i've been looking at in this price range are miatas, del sols, crxs, 240's, etc...
i'm just tired of tediously surfing through the autotrader. the car doesnt have to be modded; it just has to run and be in a condition where i can rely on it to get me from point a to point b in one piece.
