I have a 95 civic dx sedan and when i rev the car nd push the gas pedal all the way down fast is revs up to 3000 rpm and it sounds like a tik sound then once it hits 4009 rpm it smoothes out but ive changed the fuel pump, distribuor, a tune-up, and changed my catalyc converter.idk what to do now because its acting gay especially on uphills it will loose power can anybody help me on this please A.S.A.P
