Will a H22A4 engine fit in my 98 accord ex?

I have decided to change my stock 2.3 sohc with a 2.2 dohc engine and transmission. My question is, will it fit? I appreciate everyones thougts and information.

you do not need to change the transmission, unless you want to. The H and F series trans work together.
