i have an authenic spoon sports obd0 ecu for my jdm b16(as far as im aware). I just recently put my cyclinder head and all back in and got it running again. I went to the ecu after running it 3 or 4 times to check to see if im getting codes. what does it mean if the ecu blink once real fast and nothing else? I have not used the ecu before. thanks alot guys

 

also i was wondering since its all back toegether running good is there any one thing i should go back to and retorque or double check on? this was my first time taking this much of an engine apart. so maybe im paranoid.. but id rather be safe then sorry

 

Should be code 1: oxygen sensor. You may just want to try to reset the ECU first and see if it goes away.

 

ok, i will but its werid because, i have checked codes before it blink once real quick when you turn the key to start position, then does nothing else im assuming its probly not a big deal the car runs good.

i got one more question.. since i went high compression on the valvetrain do you think it is necessary for an aftermarket stronger timing belt?
