need some help...i jus got a set of recaros for my ek coupe but they dont have anything for a seat belt to clip into, i do have a set of some stock ex seats i can take them off of but does anyone know where i can bolt them to on the recaros????

 

I have a set of recaros in my EK hatch, and I went and checked them. It seems they are directly bolted on. Not quite sure why yours isnt. Which kind of recaros do you got?

there srd's like a universal style recaro, there is a bolt it looks like i could undo and bolt up the stock buckle to it, i jus put them in and havent tried jus tryin to get a idea before i pull them out to do it, let me kno what u guys think

 

I would assume that that bolt will be where the stock buckle will bolt to...take a look a the stock seat buckle location and see if it is similar in design to the recaro...should be the one though

 

I ran into the same problem with my aftermarket seats, you need to do a DIY with your stock seatbelt clip. Your going to need a Bolt and nut, fairly thick, not too long tho, and some washers.
There should be a panel on the lower sides that is removable, exposing a frame that supports the recliner. With mine, there was already a bolt hole to which i fastend the extra bolt and nut to, that holds my clip in place, Much tighter than my stock one did.
