I got brand new 99-00 OEM Front and rear lips from ICB motorsports and they didnt come with hardware. I need to assemble hardware kits on my own, I dont really care if they are OEM pieces, hardware is hardware. I need to know what parts are used. I found this picture on ICB's website of a rear lip hardware kit... he has a front kit and could make a rear kit out of OEM parts for what he though would be near $80 for both but couldnt do either when I bought them. Could someone plese get me a list?

go to the nuts and bolts section at lowes , you can get similar clips like those for like .25 cents each.
