Default Code 4 fault in the transmission control unit......WTH is that?

I have my D4 light blinking on my 94 accord. I jumped the connector and the D4 light blinks 4 times quickly.
I assume this is code 4, but I cannot fing any info on this fault.
My speedo does not work either, but there is a fault in the ECU for this, code 17...

I need to know if this is something i ca fix myself or if the tranny is about to die.
If its about to die, I need to dump this thing to recoup my $$$...

Yes, I searched and No im not talking about code 4 for the ecu(CYP sensor)...

Thanks HT

Anyone know if fault code 17 in the ECU(speed sensor) will trigger fault 4 in the TCM( unknown fault).

This will be the deciding factor of whether I keep this POS or sell it...

I think it is the other way around. LOL
The code 4 from the TCU sent the code 17 to the ECU.
Replace the speed sensor and life should be all good again.
