i just did a compression on my bone stock 98spec jdm itr and got

1-2-3-4

250, 245, 250, 245

is my motor on the "elite" side of compressions from factory built motors?

 

It's difficult to compare numbers from a compression tester, or to use those numbers as an indicator of the actual compression ratio. The motor appears to be quite healthy from a compression standpoint, but I wouldn't assume that it somehow has greater static compression than any other stock B18C ITR motor.

 

not to mention every tester could read different
