Default Squeaking noise at idle when engine shakes back and forth

I have Crower Stage 2 cams on a non-VTEC B18B, so the rough idle makes the engine shake around quite a bit at idle. Recently it has developed a metallic squeaking noise at idle, only once it warms up to a warm idle where the engine really starts shaking back and forth. I can replicate it when the engine is off by grabbing the valve cover and shaking the engine back and forth front to back, but I can't figure out where it is coming from. I don't see anything rubbing and I used WD-40 to lube the engine mounts, but that didn't help. Just wondering if there are any ideas as to what I could be missing?

Hmm no replies yet... maybe I should explain a little more.

I remember a few years ago when my friend's Prelude's distributor went, and it made a horrible screeching/squeaking sound. This sounds like that, except it's only when the engine shakes at idle (you can tell each individual squeak goes hand-in-hand with an engine shake) and the thing runs great otherwise. Hope that helps? Seems to be more on the driver's side/rear of the engine bay than the passenger/front, but it's so hard to pinpoint. I know it's a shot in the dark posting this, but I was hoping someone would have had a similar experience.
