Skunk2 Pro 1 stage 1 set up (help me please)

Hello people I need some information about setings in Skunk2 Pro 1 stage 1
I have a B16A2 intoa EG 1995 with 11.5 in to 1 pistons with a stock head, also have a eagle rods and dual valve springs Skunk2 pro.
If some one have information on the setings please helpe me with this I dont want to waste much time in the Dyno runs is expensive.
