The best thing to do would be weld up the hole. If that's not an option, you may look into a metal to metal adhesive. There's a little bit of information on that in this thread... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1975215

do you have access to a welder ? take out the antenna and try and cut a piece of metal about the same size of the hole , weld it up . last resort take it to a muffler shop and ask them to weld it on and then grind it down . you should be able to handle the bodywork from there .

After the hole is welded up, of course.

why do you have to weld it? you dont just put some bondo and fiberglass and you will be good.

i did all my body holes with fiberglass on both sides and then bondo to smooth it out , its worked out good nothing wrong with it, but i thinks its better to have everything welded bondo on cars is gay.hehe.

Well because if you just slapped a **** load of putty on it you could poke your damn finger through it...the correct method would be to weld it, grind it, then use your plastic filler. Don't be a damn butcher, do it right.

you can do it without welding but that it stupid, just grind th epaint off around the hole, cut a little peice of around 20 guage sheet metal, stick it up behing it from the inside, tack it a few times being careful not to get it too hot and warp anything, then fill it in with bondo. Its easy as hell. The pain in the *** will be having to paint the whole panel where it is

Its not just stright putty. You cover it with the fiberglass and then use the bondo. They make body kits of of fiberglass. Fragile, yes but not the much i mean its going over a small hole.

I wish I would have gotten the squirtters on my hood welded Now there cracking because of the Texas sun warping and expanding the metal and bondo. Now I gotta spend more money to fix it, Get it welded, do it once do it right, I had to learn the hard way.

before you go F$ucking your windshield up with a welder from the hot sparks. Lay a wet towel over your windshield, and any other glass. Or you'll be sorry.
