Default Suspension/Wheel noise?

Specs: GAB adjustable struts, H&R springs, no camber kit, new wheelbearings.

I was driving along and took an exit ramp at 7/10ths. Soon after I noticed a wop noise comming from around the right front wheel. It progressed on and on, and got slightly louder. Any ideas?

At first, it didnt happen under braking and by half an hour later it did. I also have new pads and rotors.

I'm still trying to figure out what taking an exit at 7/10ths means.
