Default wiring problems

im not sure if its a relay or unit that is messed up or if its crossed wires. when i turn my tail lights on, my reverse lights are on with it, and on my gauge cluster my highbeam and left turn signal indicator is on but pretty dim. when i step on the brakes my left reverse light brightens up and right side tail lights shuts off. also when i signal right, it blinks rapidly fast. ive spent the last 12 hrs messing with the wiring and now im just lost. any help would be very appreciated.

checked all the grounds, everything was grounded. so i decided to just rip open the whole wiring harness and man....it was alll jacked up, spliced wires to different colors, 3 wires connected to one, ridiculous. this car has been through a shhht load, so i went to pick n pull and got myself the complete wiring for $30 bucks. cant beat that. everything works fine but my gauge cluster lights doesnt come on, figured it was the bults cause one was already blown. also my turn signals are blinking fast and it just annoys me. whats causing this to blink fast, every socket has the right power bulb in it.

bunmp for some help
