Replacing fuel pump in 1991 integra gs?

I am about to buy a 1991 integra gs 2 door but the car isnot starting. The owner says it is the fuel pump. So how am I supposed to replace it?

You have to drop the fuel tank in order to reach the fuel pump on 90-93 Integras.

Never trust the owner when buying a used car. Anyways, yea drop the tank from the bottom.

Check the main fuel relay first.
