Default Swaybar bushings & endlinks

I was reading one of the searched threat about swaybar and was told to keep my stock oem front-swaybar on my civic 95ex coupe but only upgrade the bushings and endlinks of the swaybar?

Will someone elaborate the nformation above for me in term of how t, why upgrading bushings and endlinks help my car and in what aspects? or should I just do the whole swaybar kit upgrade?

Here nopi's link to those bushings and enlinks.

How is your car set up now? Stock height? How are you going to set it up? What I mean, is what are your intentions with it? Track? Street cruiser?

Passive street cruiser with basic beginner skills - you will be more than happy with all support bars and polyurethane bushings at all points.

Aggressive track driver - well, that opens a totally different form of conversation.

Basically it's a good idea because the stock rubber is 13 years old(judging by the nopi link was for a 95 civic ) replacing them with poly bushings or better yet some mugen hard rubber bushings(if your budget allows) will make the car feel a little more crisp around turns.
