Default will this amp be better then the one i have now?

ok right now i have 2 12" POLK DB's (DYNAMIC BALANCE,discountinued model)...here are the specs on these subs...

and right now i also have a KENWOOD KAC-728 powering it...here are the specs on this amp...

Now my question is will getting a KENWOOD KAC-929 be better for my subs? I can get this amp for about $220 including a 1 farad RF cap. (which i need)...here are the specs on this amp...
