help on tires

Default help on tires

i have a 91 ef hatchback with b18 swap,and i cannot hook up in first or second i spin all the way throught them. im looking to find a set of tires with good traction, or a set of dragradials. im running a set of 16" kobe literace wheels with nexem tires right now. im tryign to find a tire that i can hook up with on the street and the track, but be a daily driver. can anyone tell me where to find them and which ones to get.

i have the same problem let me know if u find any good sets i have a b18 hf crx. i spin through 3 geare thou. it sucks.

Tires are a key but an X member will help a ton, when i'm just driving i use potenza re 750s. Bit pricey but great wear in the wet and dry.

When I drag I use M&H 22"s

If you really are about traction and dragging use a real drag tire.

bf goodrich kdw or kdws there expensive but man what good traction i get out of the whole with mine

This is very true. If you're still running your stock X-mem, I'd switch it out. I've also heard of people reducing wheel hop by stiffening the front motor mount.
