They are cheap tires, for one thing. Also, a lot of things can affect road noise. Tires are typically noisier when they are worn when they are new. It's generally worse if something (e.g. a suspension problem) caused uneven wear on the tires. Your tires may also have some sort of problem, such as a rock in the tread, etc.

BTW, if they are affecting your hearing, you are going deaf, not death. Maybe they're also affecting your spelling.
