before you roll the fender, you unclip the top clips holding the fender liner in, and tuck the fender liner behind the little fender lip and then roll it.

no, theres no room to fit the clips in once the fender is rolled in. the fender liner wont go anywhere once its tucked in.

kool. im borrowing a roller this weekend. my fronts are 17x7.5 +45, so ill be ok with the 215/45's i ordered. i just have to run -2 front camber in a week or so once i have everything the way i want it. im tucked in the front.

The fender rolling process and pulling process are the same. The same tool is used. The difference is how much outward force you apply to the fender. TJ's are a fairly extreme roll/pull.
Francesco, I don't think you will need to go this extreme on yours with your set up. In fact I think it may be detrimental to the overall look of the front stance because it will appear to have a lot of wheel gap. You should only require a slight pull plus a full roll of the fender lip.
Here are some pics from when I did silentdancer's rear fender.

and here's a pic of a mild pull on another car I did.

You can compare it to the pull on silent dancers and notice the difference.
His pull has tons of clearance so he can run plus size tires or low offset wide rims up front and be slammed. :D
