Liberty Face Plating vs Pro-Shift
I emailed liberty a week ago and havnt gotten a repsonse yet so I figured I would ask here. Has anyone used any of these services? Are there noticable results? Any issues?
I've seen both types used in mustangs and 6-speed camaros...I'd have to say they're really race only. Not too street friendly but I guess you could get away with driving it on street. Proshifted cars shift and drive noisy too...especially if it's straight cut gears.
I have the liberty gearset right now and I love it. I drove my car on the street a couple times last week and it isnt to bad, i think they sound kinda cool. lol
trans and spare gear set is at liberty now , i'll def post results once its in car . hope to make nopi ,md. , trying "the works" on one gear set. and just face plating on other ( for all motor car) 1st is for sfwd.
last pass ,datalogger showed out of gear 1.8 seconds , not a xcuse for my slow times , but def. a cause
