philips ballasts(internal ignitor) and philips 4300k bulbs in lowbeams
mcculloch oem 2 wire(internal ignitor) ballasts and philips 4300k bulbs in highbeams
pic sucks. the lowbeams have a great cutoff for being stock projectors. they have hotspots but work fine for me. As for the highs....HOLY **** watch out when they are on and warmed up

If you have a non-HID JDM fronted ITR, you'll need to retrofit your existing headlights, replace them with the JDM HID units, or buy a plug and play kit. I would say replace them with the OEM HID headlight assemblies if money is no object. Otherwise, the plug and play will be the cheapest option. But remember, you get what you pay for.
