Im getting my LS Mesh wheels from a friend of mine, i plan on painting the spokes black, the inner spokes red (wish me luck), and polishing the lip with my Honda center cap on them... Anyway, what type of tires should i get that arent going to cost me too much, but are good quality?

 

We'll need to make some guesses.

Are LS mesh wheels 15 inches in diameter? (I think so, but...)

Are these going onto your CRX Si? (Remember, the proper tire size depends on the car, not just on the wheels.)

If they are 15 inch wheels for your CRX Si, then you need tire size 195/50-15. Since you're in Florida, you don't have to worry about snow, so you don't need all-seasons. I recommend the Kumho SPT, $58/tire plus shipping from the Tire Rack. If you have trouble finding the SPT, then I recommend the Yokohama ES100, $61/tire including free shipping at Discount Tire Direct.

P.S. The way you are planning to paint them is going to make them look like crap, IMHO. Leave them as is and they will look nice on your CRX Si.

also, i appreciate your opinion, but have you seen painted LS Mesh wheels? Painted or Un-painted they look good.. But whatif i didnt do the red part, what would you think then?

Yes, I've seen them. I think they look like crap. But my opinion doesn't matter. The only one whose opinion matters is you. If YOU like them, then go for it.
