Default Differences between 99-2000 b16 and the older b16s?

What are the differences? Also why is there a JRSC for the 99-2000 b16 but not for the older ones?

Externally, none that would prevent you from using a JRSC. Internally, mild variations in compression and cam profile from the delsol and JDM/USDM and some electronic (dizzy) and different through the years. All have a PR3 head and all are interchangeable with other parts so the JRSC will work on any of them.
