Restore or New Shell
Well after atempting to pull off my rear bumper i noticed
--that the bolts were rusted
--about everything under the back has rusted.
--Also the rear driver back side panel (fuel door and back) has rusted out and have big holes around it.
--The holder that holds the screws to the rear bumper fell off because of the rusted out area
--the car has many rust spots
That was only the rear and not the interior, engine (swap b17a @154k) or susp.
Should i just get a rustless shell or just weld, sand, bondo, spray paint, the car back to normal?
im thinking thinking about a DB2 shell with everything but motor/trans. What do u think? would it be about the same price?

The car sounds like garbage to me. A shell can't be much, $500+ depending on what you can find. I would guess most shells where you live look like yours. Rust is pretty much forever.
That much rust is not repairable, and that's only where you can see. There are probably way more spots where the rust has just taken over, but you just don't see it. If it's that bad in that area... i say get a new shell if you can. Repairing all that would probably cost you about the same anyway. So get a new shell with little/no rust
