what car should i buy?
im in the market once again to buy another teg... i do not know whether to buy an integra or ls...either way i would like to have the vtec...so my questions are are there any differences between the ls and gsr? other than the tranny and head? and also is it worth it to pay less for a LS and do an ls/vtec or just buy a gsr? if the differences between the two are great than i rather just buy a gsr...it also depends on how much work doing an ls/vtec project...there are plenty of ls's and i dont know if i should wait around...

+1 go GSR
The differences are many, the price difference is minimal.
Look up the specs.

depends if you go turbo i would definatly go LS-T or even LS/VTEC-T would be more beneficial, although its more work, it would def be more satisfying , and more torque than any other teg...

lol at that. Anyhow it all depends on what your going for... For fun, I would go LS-T, but the Gs-R would have more potiential on the long run. If cost is not a factor then turbo the Gs-R or go N/A. I would go Gs-R.

If you want something a little cheaper, get the gsr, I wouldnt get an ls because building a good, powerful, lsvtec would probably make it cost close to as much as a gsr, if not more.

buy a gsr, hands down, putting together an ls/vtec is timely effort and takes an experience builder to make it reliable as stock. A gsr is factory built with the vtec system. Ls/vtec is not, its simply put together with different parts and through trial and error until somone finally did it the right away. I'm not sure if your willing to go that route. Yes an Ls/vtec has potential to be faster then a gsr, but think about emissions, can't pass w/LS-vtec two different motors built into one design. Theres way too many good feedbacks on gsr's I rarely ever hear a horror story about a gsr, unlike Ls/vtec's where there have been many.

Of course were going to be biased, everyone in here wants you to get an integra.
But, an eg and swapping wouldnt be that bad of an idea.
you can make it haul *** for pretty cheap.
do a H2B!
