Default Polishing a Lip. Do you guys encounter this too!?

Okay, so I'm stripping the paint off the lip of my motorcycle with paint stripper. After using it, I get these squiggly marks on the lip. I was wondering if I'm there only one that get these. They're really ugly and I'm want to get rid of them!

Does anyone know how to rid these marks? If it's even curable?

TIA

i would imagine that those are the lil' pits that you didn't see before, and so by wet sanding and polishing them, I would think that they'll come out.

I'll definitely try wet sanding... and then polishing

Does the paint stripper cause this?
Any other ideas how to rid these?

I am pretty sure its paint that has not been removed by the stripper. Try again with the stipping and see where that gets you!!! GL
