should have stopped going there after the first or second time.

 

ray price honda in stroudsburg is pretty bad for service too they are careless wen they r doing maintinence on your car...i went for my 1st oil change and they only put in a quart of oil, wrote down the wrong amount of mileage till the next service and they were very rude...never again for me

 

hehehe, how can you go wrong with a name like "Huggins"?

Go to David McDavid Honda of Irving. Talk to John Hosler, he is an Internet Sales Manager. You won't regret it.

wow...so we're not the only ones to get screwed over at huggins....lets see, they forgot to put the little clips for the grill back in, cracked our driver side front window(gave it back to us cracked), got black finger prints all over the interier. and this is all in one trip.

Did you talk to the service manager? That kind of work is unexceptable. Try the Irving dealership next time. They have alot better service department.

 

Yeah, it's my moms car...she raised hell with them...it all got fixed/replaced

You have to do that sometime, but I suggest you never go there again. Plenty of other Honda service departments in the area.

 

Can anybody recommend me a good dealer in north new jersey. The one I go to doesn't want to fix my tranny. It grinds 3rd sometimes, and has that annoying third gear pop.

Did you get your trans fluid updated yet?
Academy honda has a few members here on H-T that work there.... and seems "mod friendly"

That is a common problem. They have to fix per the contract and manufactur warranty.

 

I have full warranty. I want my entire tranny replaced. Honda using the wrong transmission fluid is not my fault. Who knows what kind of damage occured with all that grinding. I know its a long shot, but I thought that was the point of a warranty. Everytime I take my car in and complain, they drive it around the block and tell me they didn't notice a problem. Then they just send me on my way.

Warranty doesn't cover Tracking it on slicks lol
