Default 99 Accord stalling after startup

99 4 cyl 5spd LX sedan, 122K, stalls immediately after startup every now and then. Usually stays running after second or third startup. Once it stays running, it runs fine for the duration of the trip.

Any thoughts?

How are the basics: filters, plugs, plug wires, rotor, ignition timing, and injectors?

i have had driven 3 hondas before and it never happened to me. although it happened to my family's toyota 02 sienna nd 04 corolla. toyota said that since we did a lot of short distance trip that i needed to flush it out every 30000 miles by using their service which cost like 280 dollars. but beofre they said that they told me all i needed to do was change the battery. i did it for the sienna and the same thing still happens until i got into an accident last year. what i found out wit the corolla was it was because of the fuse they plugged in for the xtra security protection which i spent 250 dollars on. i switched the fuse back to the old one and it is good now.
