91 DA integra w/ b18c1 long block and b16 a tranny or full gsr swap? which is more ideal for a street setup, I personally like the b16 since its a closer gear ratio, and every shift is always at a higher rpm. Also how much quicker is the car as well. That might be the route to take, gsr w/b16 tranny.

Sounds like you answered your own question. If you spend alot of time on the hwy, you might even prefer the GSR tranny.

 

yah i think i just did answer my own q, lol hwy dont really matter, mainly taken around the streets. good stuff, plus the b16 tranny is cheaper then the gsr tranny w/o lsd correct?

 

gsr tranny's don't come with lsd, and neither fo regular b17 tranny's. it would have to be badged type-r or have one installed.

B16 or b18c1 transmmissions are going to get about the same gas mileage on the Highway. You're driving style will affecy far more than the 5th gear and final drive.

I'd opt for the b16.
