I'm taking my wheels to the painters this weekend. Painting them NHBP w/NHBP centercaps from the accord wheel (chrome H). Lets hope they turn out well.

 

Are you painting or powder coating? Paint will chip. I assume you are talking about the stock wheels? I am thinking about powdering mine white, send pics when you are done

 

when you say they chip, you mean like paint chips off the hood? Or they chip big times? I'm gonna paint mine in the summer, if they come off like big time I might as well buy myself a set instead of painting them. If they chip like what's happening to all our hood, then it's not really a big deal, can do touch up on them every once in awhile.

As will powder coat, I have experience with both. There are several different types of paint as well. Some paints are cheaper than others.

I'm thinking about doing the exact same thing for mine, you do it first so I can see how it looks

 

they are only going to be autocross and summer wheels running on Nitto NT-01s so its less likely they will get too many chips.
