anybody know where i can find a portion of the helms maual on the seat belt retractor? the problem is that on the drivers side the retractor will not move i can manually power it and it works fine. i am not sure what controls it. i thought it was the switch insde the door jam but i think it may have a control module? any help would be great.

 

See if the dealer will fix it since Honda seatbelts have a lifetime warrenty.

my old roomate had that problem on his 1990 accord and the dealer fixed it for free.

 

Yes the seat belt retractor is covered under the lifetime warranty;
If the belt is stuck in the foward position
So ram that sucker foward and drive off to the local dealership; in the event they try to get out of fixing it for free call American Honda Customer Service.
