Wiper Int Mode no longer works

I have a 95 Ls and the "int" mode on my wipers no longer works. Has anbody else had this problem ? I searched but did'nt help much. Wheres a good place to start finding out the problem? Fuse?

Its usually the ICU, Integrated Control Unit.
