Default Will Civic ICM fit Accord Distributor?

I've got a spare '98 Civic ICM (ignitor) from working on my wife's car. I just bought a '91 Accord today and was told it needed a new ICM. Both ICM's look pretty much the same, and they are both TEC dizzy's. Can I put my Civic ICM in the Accord? I just want to double check here before I fire it up and risk ruining something. I'd rather not spend the money on a brand new one if I don't have to, because I also don't know 100% if the ICM really is the problem. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and tried it. First swapped ICM -- no-go. Then swapped coil also. Started right up! So both ICM and coil worked perfectly. Saved me from a $122 mistake.
