Default Short shifter: PSPEC vs Forbidden comparison

Did any one do a side-by-side comparison ofthese 2 SS? I read somewhere that Forbidden was a little heavier (compared to PSPEC one) and seemed to produce more solid shifts.. Anybody can confirm this?

On the side note, the current price for Forbidden SS (without boot and shift ****) - $138 shipped; PSPEC (includes boot and shift ****) - $180 shipped. The prices are directly from manufacturer; these SS are not available on feebay.

I would like to get one of these for 5th generation accord.

I've heard better things about Forbidden and it's a little cheaper so I just got it this week.

i have a pspec. i love it

i think it comes down to whether or not you want/need a new **** or a new boot. frankly i think the stock **** looks weird with a SS...i wanted an egg shaped **** so i went with the pspec. at the time forbidden also required a new $1 part from honda -i didnt really wanna deal with that hastle....

Went on their websites, and I know some of them if not both are making it for the 6th gen Accord. Interesting that they haven't updated theirs sites, since it has been saying that they are in the process of developing the 5th gen prelude and/or the 6th gen accord for the last 6 - 9 months; if not longer.

I want one for the 6th gen Accord. Anyone on the board with a ss for the 6th gen accord?

I just got my Forbidden in and love it. I also went with it because I already have a new **** for my shifter so I didn't have to worry about that really. But it feels super solid and wasn't that big of a hassle to put in really.
