JDM new driver sticker/sign

Can someone help me out? I need nice, as big as possible, image of "new driver" sticker. Need it for photoshop costumization, so If any of you guys got it scanned or something.....would appreciate it. I tryed google and ebay, but pictures are either too small or are displayed under angle.

if its angled...you just ROTATE it in photoshop...
