Default rear control arm?

i'm replacing the rear control arms in my 94 accord lx, everything seems easy but i have one issue in the manual it says DO NOT tourque the control arm bolts while the car is on jack stands, They should be tourqued with the wheels on the ground. Has anyone who has done this job before tourqued the bolts with the wheels raised if they have done it was there any issue. cause it seems impossible to tourque the bolts without a lift

done this job with my car on the ground.... but to put the new control arm in you will have to have the car lifted b/c you need to tug on the whell a bit to get the screws lined up with the holes
