Default Rear Lower Control Arms

So I searched and found nothing on the EM2. Do rear lower control arms pull the rear tires in on this model Civic to fit larger wheels or is it mainly for show?

Aftermarket lower control arms for the EM2 won't be any different in length, than the OEM model. And, if you find a set that is shorter, you're going to ruin the toe on the rear of the car, thus killing your car's tread life on tires.

Can't get rid of the toe at all angles, bud. So under compression the car will have some different toe, since the geometry for the rear wheels has been altered. In order to pull the rear wheel hub in further, you would also need modified trailing arms that are adjusted to the different hub location.

of course you can't get rid of it at all angles. under compression any car will have different toe...it wont' be enough to kill your tires as most of your driving will be "straight" driving and not turning.

i'm assuming whoever makes these "shorter" lca's wouldn't make them short enough for anyone not to be able to still have a 0 degree toe. thus, you get an alignment to adjust the toe.
