tranny question

Default tranny question

i have an 88 dx hatchback that im putting in a 91si d16a6 with an si tranny. will i have to change my axels to si or will the dx axels fit directly on to the si tranny.thanks

dx axels are the same as si axels

dx, si are diff from std and hf.

if you have an hf or std you are swaping a d16 into you will have to replace your knuckles with the dx,si knuckles. and use the si,dx axels.

btw not a tranny question.
the axels and knuckles are whats different.

well i was not sure where to post so thanks and i have a dx i know the hf axels and knuckel is smaller but i was not sure if dxwas dif. from si so thanks
