the F20B is the same as putting an H22 into a del sol. and the F20B and F20C are two COMPLETELY different motors. Other than the engine code and displacement they really have nothing in common.

thats funny, the block is the same in my neighbors front drive 3800 chevy v6 as his sons rear drive 3800 v6, why would this be diferent? the only diference would be the tranny not the block concerning drive line

you sir need to change your mind over to imports. A HONDA IS NOT A DOMESTIC. 2 DIFFERENT SYLES OF MOTORS.

after that, go d16.

i wasnt sure if they were diferent (figured they were but wasnt 100%), and ive chosen the f20B for the high compression and fact its not an extremely common swap

like what, responding to someone who isnt even you? look douche bag i was using it as an example, rearwheel and front wheel is usually dependant on tranny not block, i wasnt sure if they were the same block or just engine code, your previous comments are pointless

My previous comments are pointless?

it's like the h23 with ATTS, that h23 came out of a prelude just like the h22 did, but a regular h22 block wont fit right on a regular h22 tranny or a b-series tranny because of how the block is shaped.

I'm sorry I got you're feelings all hurt, you obviously took me too seriously. Calm down.

The f20 is a fine motor choice, it's rev savvy and can be paired with a b-series tranny for ease of installation or you can custom fab some mount and run it like an h22.

On the exterior it's virtually identical to an h22 so It uses a lot of the same parts.

Another advantage is it will have a superior intake manifold to the h22.

Fine choice.
