Bumper Help!!!
two washers and JB weld will re-create that hole in the bumper... won't be the prettiest, but you should be able to get the bumper back against the fender again until you can afford another one
JB weld (ghetto glue) a washer on the side of the bumper that doesn't touch the fender (underside)... let it dry before you do anything else.. basically what you're trying to do is make it look like it used to, you could even use a plastic washer..
anyways, the screw comes out because you don't have a complete circle of material on the bumper.. there is a gap that allows the screw to escape and the bumper to fall at higher speeds / more stress.. the fact that it stays together when you're not driving fast is a bonus.
after everything dries, screw the hell out of it and take off
This shouldn't be too hard of a fix.. I'd do it for ya if you were closer

Thanks man, i realy appreciaite it. I'll go to pepboys and get some glue and get a washer. I really don't want to buy a new bumper, I don't pay crap for this car. Plus I am getting the fog lights installed, so I'll get them installed then I'll glue the thing.

just screw it back in before you go in to get the lights done and act like you didnt know about it, make big deal about it and make them pay!

Auto body supply stores (not Pepboys or Kragen, talking about the Pros) sell a type of glue made especially for bumper covers. It is super strong and bonds to the material permanently. You can even use excess and reform that spot with some guides in place.
