CEL on 1997 Honda Accord LX

My Honda Accord has the CEL on. I have taken my car to several mechanics in my area (Miami Florida) and the car has a clean bill of health, no issues. Please tell me where or how I can "flash" the codes to determine what the issue is.

autozone do it for free, i belive there is also a way to loop the service connector so u can count the blinks, try putting CELL in the search and see if u cant find it
