HELP!!! JDM B18B In 96 Civic EX... OBD2>OBD1 Idle problems until warmed up?
I put a JDM b18b motor into my 96 Honda Civic EX. I converted down for OBD2 to OBD1. My problem is my car has a idle problem only until it warmed up.. What can be the cause of this? Is it be cause there is no FITV which i heard help OBD1 with the start up idle? THANKS!!!

That's exactly why, the OBD-I's used the FITV, the OBD-II's use the ECU to manage warmup idle.
The engine should already have a FITV on it, if it's OBD-I.

Cool!!! My engine is OBD2 also!!! Is there anything i can do to help it? lol. Like having my ecu chipped? Thanks alot!!!
