hell everyone once again yes i have a wierd *** thread for you. I have a friend with an eg 4dr and we would like to know if it is possible to put crv suspention on an eg and then the drivetrain to make it 4wd the suspenstion he wants to do because he wants to lift the car and make it a Mud CIVIC haha sounds fun to me 4wd eg 4dr on some 33's crvtec all motor in the Mud well what do yall think if we can do it please let us know and if we do it i will post pictures when its done thanks everyone for your support
thanks well i already know you can have the civ all wheel drive but the only problem is the crv tranny sucks for racing... which is why not many people do the swap what i was wondering about is the suspention... so that the car can be lifted for the mud tires
bump thanks

braille auto did an awd integra with crv drivetrain i believe. in the end they never got it working 100% and it was nothing but a huge pain in the ***.

Yes, the awd thing has been done but it's weak and isn't awd.
it's real time 4wd. When the fronts start to slip then it engages the rears.
I'm sure it has potential to be neat, but you need to trick thransaxles into running both all the time and custom fabricate beefy differentials.
It's a lot of work, but I guess it would be neat for rallying.
