Default Looking to mount a camera onto the helmet or the bike.

Right now im a need of a digital camera (photo), and a video camera, and I was always considering the idea of strapping one onto the helmet or the bike itself, to get some videos of the stuff I do, and the rides we go onto, there is always a moment, like "I wish I had that on tape"

Preferably on the helmet so it looks where I go.

Im completely oblivious to any video device, and the last time I had a camera was a tape deck in 1998.

I know they have the "eye" that mounts to the helmet and then the actual footage goes to the camera through the wire.

I also want to use it in my car for Autocross events if that helps any.

Not looking to spend a fortune, but want some footage.

Thanks

for a regular camera mount, you could use something like this:

http://www.solomotoparts.com/p...age=1

or you could try to make your own:

oorrr you could buy this guy's setup:

If you buy off http://www.sportbikecam.com you can choose black for a marginal increase in cost.

wow, I didn't even think of the option of having a portable video/audio/etc box being able to plug in with a cam corder and that being the setup I'd need

Interesting, that would be pretty convenient.

Thanks a bunch guys.
