Ive found coldest setting is 3 with the recirculation on after about 5 minutes of running it. AC does seem to keep up with 4th setting.

I agree Asahi,

But, then again, I never really use it anyways. Just like the radio that usually never even gets turned on...

Default hehehehehe

Well mine works fine, I'll roll the windows down at first, then when I feel the cool air of the AC I roll the windows up and its cool. I only use it on extrememly hot days beause it puts more stress on the engine and I use 2 miles less per gallon.

My AC sucks! I have a 98 with ~22K miles and it doesn't even feel COOL.. My 94 GSR had awesome AC... should my AC still be covered under factory warranty?

Doubt it unless you got the extended plan. Acura Warranties is 3 years or 40,000 miles.

You can buy cans of recharge freon for about 15-20 bucks .. easy to do. You may need to check the current level/pressure tho

Actually what you can buy is R134a, not really freon I belive and its very cheap. Freon which I believe is R12 (94+) cost about $70 a pound.

Has it ever worked for you? Mines works fine and I have under drive pullies as well. I've even had a chance to use it when I took a road trip to AZ one summer and it's really hot there. So, have your AC system checked out. Also, I'm not sure what type of weather you have at where you live, but AC systems don't work that well in humid areas.
