IDLE PROBLEM

IDLE PROBLEM
i have a 96 auto accord with 103,000 miles. 
the idle has been jumpin around lately. when im at a stop light in drive it will drop all the way to 2500 then slowly go back up to 7500. sometimes it'll go up to 1000 in park nd stay there for a little while then drop back down again to 7500. other than that i haven't noticed any other problems. ideas?

Do you mean 750? Pretty sure 7500 RPMs is past the rev limiter for these
