Hey if you need a left taillight only (I dont know where you took impact) I can sell you mine, as I have it left over from my accident.

My right one got busted up, but the left one is still completely in tact, let me know if you want it. I'll sell it for 75$ + shipping.

I was just making an offer, I didn't know what you needed.

The lights you have posted are identical to the ebay ones and they all are going to have the same exact qualities. I'll tell you right now, none of the projectors are aimed "right", they all produce less light visibility than true retro headlights that are properly aimed. These are so cheap compared to real retroed headlights (~$1000) because they are put together quickly and made of cheap plastic. Any of these lights run the risk of becoming foggy overtime, just so you know.

search retro fit, or something to that effect. there will probably be a site in one of those. will the ins. comp. pay 1000+ to replace your headlights? if so i would go that rout

^^^

OEM quality is the best quality! Those aftermarket projector headlights are so cheaply made; from the silicone to the metal bracket.

If you insist, and the ebay headlights are appealing to you, then I would suggest E46 or Valeo projectors, since they are small enough. The staight cutoff; will be interesting to see.

so your the guy that is from custom lights? its cuz i like the way the ebay projectors look like but since i can do hid over projectors (80k) blue only

that would resolve the visability issue over these isnt it? or is cut off line still an issue? im a bit confused on that and such , i dont wanna modify i just want to just plug n play which i was able to do on these lights .

yes i want better visablity and if possible to throw in some blue into it . now i mean better visablity then the oem / ebay aftermarket projectors

cuz i dont like the way the oem head lights look , i love the aftermarket black projectors but they have issues and i dont wanna go oem retro method so can i just add aftermarket projectors + hid kit say 6k or 8k and have better visablity over oem?

anything past 5,000K will get washed away and it'd be the same as halogens but with the "blue" effect.

E46 projector is an OEM HID projector. As a matter of fact, it's the 3-series BMW HID projectors.

I have a little bit of a hard time understanding the question.

The cutoff line; how straight the OEM HID projector will sit on the ebay headlights, will be an issue, since the halogen projectors are small, and won't allow for any type of projectors to fit in there i.e. tsx and s2000, which are relatively large. I suggested E46 and Valeo, since those projectors are smaller, and would have the best chance of getting retrofitted into the ebay headlights. By no mean, do I recommending this...far from it, but if you absolutely want a retrofit done to those ebay headlights, I would give the E46 and Valeo's a shot before S2000 projectors.

I hope this makes sense.

As far as 6000K bulbs, it won't make it that blue, though 8000 will.

You have to remember that the blue color flickering you see on OEM cars, is not from the bulb, but from the PROJECTOR CUTOFF. The foreground color is due to the bulb, but what people try to mimic is the color flickering, which is once again due to the projector cutoff.

Going with a high kelvin rated bulb will like striker says actually decrease the lightoutput, and with a high rating won't be much brighter than halogens, especially, when sticking those HID bulbs into a halgen headlight/projector.
