Does the 99 Accord OEM CD player/radio plug right into the same year Accord that does not have a CD player or is there another harness needed? Im looking to install it in to my uncles car but dont want any surprises before I start the process.

 

i'm not sure about plug and play on this one. It depends on whether it was the optional CD changer or whether it was the cd changer that came with the unit. if it was the optional cd player then, it should have a cord from the unit to the changer and the unit should have a harness plugin. if it was the 6 disk from the factory then it should just have a harness plug in. either way i would assume it should be able to transfer over. So your not surprised, I know that you will need the radio code for the unit, otherwise it wont work until you punch in the proper code.
